Description
The Fireplace Room is located on the south end of our
lower level. It is excellent for smaller parties and business
meetings. However, by removing a partition it can be adjoined to
the Walnut Room
to accommodate large parties. The fireplace that gives this room its
name is made of large stones and extends from floor to ceiling. Its
gas log can be used in the winter to add warmth and atmosphere. The
exposed wood ceiling provides an accent to the carpeted floor and
half paneled walls.
Bathroom facilities for both men and women and a coat
room are located just outside of the room in the adjacent foyer.
A recessed bar is also available.

Rental
No Rent is charged for events in this room if $500 of food
is purchased. Special circumstances apply for Saturday
Evenings. See Below.
Available Rental Times are 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM,
12:00 PM to 5:00 PM and 6:30 PM to Midnight.
All day rental is also available for an additional
charge providing there are no scheduling conflicts.
Saturday Evenings: On Saturday Evenings, our hall is
rented by the level. The Fireplace Room is part of our Lower
Level. Rental for the Lower Level on a Saturday Evening is
$400. However, we will occasionally rent the rooms
individually, please call our catering office for more details

Other Times: All other times, the Fireplace Room
rents for $100.
