The Walnut Room is located on the north end of our lower level and can accommodate up to 190 people.  For larger parties it can be opened to the Fireplace Room. The room acquires its name from the stained walnut walls and ceiling.  The seating area is carpeted while the entrance and dance floor are tiled.  On the east side of the room are wide, floor to ceiling windows with access to a patio surrounded by pine trees.  The rest of the walls are stone.

The room is also equipped with a free standing bar facility for serving your guests.  Bathrooms and a coat room are located adjacent to the room.

• A 50% discount in rent is available on Saturday Evenings when using the entire Lower Level (Walnut and Fireplace Rooms) if $2000 of food is purchased.  A 50% discount in rent is available for other days when booking the Walnut Room if $1000 of food is purchased.
• Available Rental Times are 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM, 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM and 6:30 PM to Midnight.
• All day rental is also available for an additional charge providing there are no scheduling conflicts.
• Saturday Evenings:  On Saturday Evenings, our hall is rented by the level.  The Walnut Room is part of our Lower Level.  Rental for the Lower Level on a Saturday Evening is $400.  However, we will occasionally rent the rooms individually, please call our catering office for more details (260) 749-5192.
• Other Times:  All other times, the Walnut Room rents for $200.
